About the role

Join a clinician‑led team in Penrith delivering assessments and therapy across home, clinic and community settings. You will work with a passionate multidisciplinary group to create client‑focused solutions and see the impact of your work daily.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans for a diverse caseload.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop innovative client‑focused solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and monitor real‑world outcomes.

Required profile

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status.
• Driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Onshore applicants seeking sponsorship are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Experience with dysphagia assessment tools.
• Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) equipment.
