Speech Pathologist – Early Start Australia

About the role

Join Early Start Australia’s allied health team at the Launceston clinic and provide specialised speech pathology services to children and families across Australia. You will work across clinic, home, school and community settings, delivering personalised therapy programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement tailored therapy plans, and monitor client progress.
• Manage a caseload of complex clients using a case‑management approach and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Deliver services in various settings, including group therapy, parent workshops and home visits.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting and compliance with privacy, funding and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology with AHPRA and SPANDIS registration.
• Demonstrated experience in solution‑focused therapy, early intervention and engaging with children, families and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organisational and report‑writing abilities.
• Current Working with Children/Vulnerable People check, police check and first aid certification.
