Special Markets Manager – Dental Solutions

About the role

Solventum is seeking an ANZ Special Markets Manager for its Dental Solutions business. Based in NSW with a hybrid work model, you will lead strategic partnerships and drive new business growth across DSOs, government, mid‑market customers and other key segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development plan to increase revenue and market share across priority segments.
• Identify, engage and grow key accounts, delivering tailored, value‑based solutions.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with DSOs, government and industry stakeholders.
• Build and convert a robust pipeline, ensuring delivery against revenue targets.
• Lead complex commercial discussions with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite executives.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, clinical and leadership teams.
• Own forecasting, pipeline visibility and performance tracking.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in business development, government/DSO engagement or strategic partnership roles within healthcare or dental sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering sustained revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with C‑suite and academic decision‑makers.
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles end‑to‑end.
• Results‑driven with a strong bias for action and accountability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools.
