Spa Therapist

About the role

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa, a luxury wellness destination on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula, is looking for a Spa Therapist to join its award-winning spa team. The spa delivers a range of luxurious treatments and personalised experiences, operating 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm. Full-time, part-time and casual positions are available.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver facials, massages and body treatments.
• Deliver Alba's bespoke spa rituals and signature experiences.
• Receive specialist product training with premium Australian skincare brands Sodashi and Vanessa Megan.

Required profile

• Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage (or equivalent).
• Recent experience as a beauty or massage therapist.
• Previous experience in a 5-star spa property.
• Experience and confidence in facials, massage and body treatments.
• Australian citizenship or working rights in Australia.

What we offer

• Pay of $32-$41 per hour plus superannuation, with annual remuneration reviews.
• Relocation assistance may be offered, including temporary accommodation for up to 4 weeks and a pay-back of up to $1,500 after 6 months of service.
