Solution Architect

About the role

Showtime Consulting is seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead architecture across a large‑scale enterprise transformation programme covering customer, identity, billing, support, learning and data platforms. The role involves end‑to‑end solution design, governance and alignment with the target‑state architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end solution architecture across multiple transformation workstreams.
• Define and maintain architecture principles, patterns, standards and design decisions.
• Lead architecture governance through Architecture Review Boards, ADRs and Design Authority processes.
• Manage architectural dependencies, integration requirements and API‑first/event‑driven designs.
• Provide guidance on customer identity, access management, SSO and permissions management.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Solution or Enterprise Architecture roles within large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence technical decisions across multiple workstreams.
• Knowledge of architecture governance practices and enterprise integration patterns.
