About the role
Mullins is seeking a Solicitor/Associate/Senior Associate with 3‑8 years of post‑admission experience to join its growing corporate practice. You will work closely with corporate partners on a range of advisory and transactional matters.
Key responsibilities
- Provide corporate and commercial advisory, including M&A, shareholder agreements, franchising and corporate governance.
- Draft and review corporate contracts, manage IP matters and support AML/CTF and regulatory issues.
Required profile
- 3‑8 years post‑admission experience in business/corporate law with a focus on M&A and transactions.
- Strong autonomous and team‑based work style, detail‑oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
Required skills
- Familiarity with ActionStep, iManage Work and Lawdocs (advantageous).
