Solicitor/Associate – Corporate & Commercial

About the role

Join the Corporate & Commercial Division as a Solicitor or Associate, working closely with senior principals to advise a diverse client base on commercial, property and franchising matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements such as service, NDA, distribution, licensing and shareholder agreements.
• Assist with business acquisitions and disposals, including asset and share sales, and conduct due diligence.
• Advise on commercial, rural and residential property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and leasing.
• Support franchisors and franchisees with franchising documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with finance transactions, preparing loan and security documentation.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years post‑admission experience in corporate, commercial, property, franchising or related practice.
• Strong drafting, analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a client‑focused approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality legal services.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture.
