Solar & Battery Specialist

About the role

Energy Solution Centre, a Gold Coast-based Australian-owned solar and battery company, is expanding its sales team and is looking for a Solar and Battery Specialist. It is not an entry-level or volume-churn role: it is high-trust, high-value consultative sales with customers who have already shown genuine interest in solar and battery solutions. Appointments are booked for you by an in-house appointment-setting team, and leads come from marketing, referrals and walk-ins through the company's large showroom.

Key responsibilities

• Run in-home and showroom consultations with pre-qualified customers
• Present tailored solar and battery solutions based on each customer's needs and property
• Lead the conversation from first meeting through to close, closing deals on value rather than discounts
• Own your pipeline and take full accountability for your outcomes
• Maintain disciplined CRM records and follow-up processes

Required profile

• Proven track record of face-to-face sales performance
• Confidence in consultative conversations and strong closing ability
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Prior experience in solar or battery sales, high-ticket or considered-purchase sales, or familiarity with residential energy systems and battery technology is an advantage; solar experience is not required

What we offer

• Strong base salary with a high-performance bonus structure and no commission caps
• Stated earnings potential of $180,000 to $300,000 and above
• Monday to Friday hours with some Saturday showroom days, mixed showroom and in-home work
• Career progression to Senior Specialist, Sales Team Leader, Sales Manager and Branch Manager
