About the role

Workyard is building a workforce management platform for the construction industry. As a Software Engineer on the Growth team, you will help new customers experience product value quickly by designing, building, and validating rapid experiments.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with the Growth team to ideate, prototype, and iterate on activation experiments.
Transform experimental concepts into minimum viable tests using full‑stack development.
Identify the shortest technical path to validate ideas while keeping analytics in mind.
Prioritise experiments based on effort, impact, and technical feasibility.
Ship independent, production‑ready code in an autonomous pod.

Required profile

3‑5 years of full‑stack web development experience.
Background in a startup or scale‑up environment.
Proven ability to work autonomously and ship features quickly.
Strong analytical mindset and focus on essential deliverables.
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
