Software Engineer (Full Stack)

About the role

Join My Plan Manager’s Technology team in Adelaide to design, build and support digital platforms that deliver seamless experiences for staff, clients and providers. You will work with modern cloud‑based technologies in a purpose‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain full‑stack applications using PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (Node.js and Vue.js).
• Build reliable, accessible and user‑friendly digital experiences and APIs.
• Develop and maintain background processes, data workflows and integrations supporting business operations.
• Deploy and support cloud‑hosted applications on Heroku and AWS.
• Monitor performance, optimise applications and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, project and security teams following secure development practices, CI/CD and agile methodologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or similar role.
• Strong capability in PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (Node.js, Vue.js) and REST API development.
• Experience deploying and supporting applications in AWS and/or Heroku environments.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and agile methods.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills.
