Software Engineer – CMS Development (Hybrid, Melbourne)

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong experience in content management systems to support and evolve multiple web assets for a leading brand in manufacturing and retail. This hybrid position combines new product development with day‑to‑day BAU support, offering flexibility to work both on‑site and from home.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, optimise and enhance the CMS layer across several websites.
• Assist with migration to the latest Umbraco platform.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve overall user experience.
• Own design and development tasks throughout the web development lifecycle.
• Integrate tracking and analytics tools such as GTM and GA4.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 4‑5 years of hands‑on experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with at least one CMS; Umbraco experience is a strong plus.
• Resident of Melbourne with full working rights, preferably based in the South‑East suburbs.
