Desktop Support Technician & Office Administrator

About the role

Join V4 Services Group as a Desktop Support Technician and Office Administrator, providing on‑site IT assistance to home and business users across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. When not on client sites, you will support daily office operations at our Glen Waverley office.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site technical support for issues such as email, internet, printer, Windows and macOS troubleshooting, data recovery and hardware problems.
• Travel to client locations across various suburbs, using your own vehicle.
• Perform office administration tasks, including documentation, scheduling and inventory management.
• Maintain and upgrade desktop hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on desktop troubleshooting experience (Australia or overseas).
• Strong verbal communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Based in Melbourne with full Australian work rights.
