Software Engineer (AI Interactive Entertainment)

About the role

We are building a new category of interactive entertainment powered by AI characters, images, video and real‑time experiences. As a Software Engineer you will join a small, talent‑dense team, own end‑to‑end product outcomes and ship features that serve millions of daily users.

Key responsibilities

• Design memory systems for month‑long conversations, handling billions of messages within a fixed context budget.
• Own the end‑to‑end development of the “For You” feed, including retrieval, ranking, cold‑start handling and experimentation.
• Evaluate, benchmark and ship frontier AI models days after release, managing economics and scaling on self‑hosted GPUs.
• Contribute across product, infrastructure and AI, turning user problems into shipped solutions.

Required profile

• Proven track record of shipping high‑impact products at meaningful scale.
• Strong product and engineering judgment, able to decide what to build, how to build it and where to make trade‑offs.
• High ownership mindset with a hunger to win and take responsibility for outcomes.
