Social Media Manager – Health & Fitness

About the role

We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media Manager who is passionate about health, fitness and digital engagement. You will lead the Instagram and TikTok presence for a dynamic meal brand, ensuring all content aligns with the marketing calendar and campaign schedule while building a vibrant online community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, schedule and publish engaging short‑form content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Coordinate and execute social media campaigns in line with the marketing calendar.
• Manage and grow the user‑generated content (UGC) database.
• Collaborate with the CRO, videographers, graphic designer and external partners.
• Monitor community interactions, respond to comments and foster positive engagement.
• Support the creation and integration of AI‑generated content.
• Track performance metrics and produce regular reports on social media activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media channels, preferably in health, fitness or food sectors.
• Strong short‑form video and visual storytelling abilities.
• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok best practices and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Experience with UGC and influencer partnerships is a plus.
• Based in Sydney or able to work remotely with the Sydney team.
