Social Media Manager – 3 Month Contract (Fashion/Beauty)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, trend‑driven Social Media Manager to own our clients' online presence and bring brand stories to life across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms. This 3‑month contract role sits within a fast‑growing agency that partners with fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Social Lead and General Manager in day‑to‑day management of multiple client social accounts.
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with campaigns, product launches and client objectives.
• Create and coordinate short‑form video, UGC, lo‑fi clips, static assets and creator‑led executions that feel native to each platform.
• Monitor emerging trends, platform behaviours and new content opportunities to drive engagement and audience growth.
• Assist with influencer and creator collaborations, community management, campaign coordination and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with internal creative, strategy and client teams to ensure smooth delivery and continuous optimisation based on performance insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably with consumer‑facing fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends and best practices.
• Proven ability to produce high‑performing, engaging content across platforms.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience using social analytics and scheduling tools.
• Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
