Social Media Executive

About the role

The Social Media Executive will support Influential’s Social Media Manager in delivering influencer and social media campaigns for our clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social trends, community building, and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Create and nurture client social communities, driving engagement and growth.
• Develop and execute influencer and social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Monitor conversations and user‑generated comments, escalating issues to internal and client stakeholders.
• Maintain content calendars and write copy for social posts.
• Use social analytics tools to generate reports and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience managing social media accounts or influencer campaigns.
• Strong interest in cultural trends and the Australian influencer landscape.
• Previous agency experience is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok platforms.
• Experience using social analytics and reporting tools.
