Social Media & Content Specialist

About the role

3PM, an award-winning digital agency, is hiring a Social Media & Content Specialist to manage its client's account end to end. The client is a leading adult retailer specialising in fun for adults. You will tell the brand's story authentically and develop and run content, channel and engagement plans that drive audience growth and meet the client's brand goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the client's social media strategy and produce content, including filming and editing short- and long-form videos, reels and static posts.
• Work closely with the paid performance team and manage influencer relationships, making sure content follows brand guidelines.
• Build and grow communities and use UGC and influencer partnerships.
• Track performance with analytics tools and optimise content for growth.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in organic content strategy and social media marketing.
• Ideally experience with an e-commerce brand that used UGC and influencer marketing.
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and of their best practices.
• Ability to plan strategically, manage calendars and deliver campaigns with measurable impact.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys creative problem solving.

Required skills

• Video production, photography and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Canva).
• Use of analytics tools to track performance.
