Marketing Manager

About the role

FrankieOne is a leading identity verification, KYC/AML and fraud‑prevention platform serving over 250 customers in 46 countries. As Marketing Manager you will own demand generation, organic growth and pipeline contribution, working closely with the Product Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Own marketing’s pipeline and revenue targets, report on marketing‑sourced pipeline and closed‑won revenue.
• Drive inbound pipeline through SEO, content, webinars, events, ABM and lifecycle programs.
• Design and execute ABM programs targeting priority accounts and verticals in partnership with Sales.
• Manage organic search strategy, technical SEO, site speed, schema and indexing.
• Own the blog, SEO content pages, campaign landing pages and conversion optimisation across the website.
• Lead marketing measurement, funnel tracking, campaign attribution and pipeline reporting.
• Coordinate co‑marketing with strategic partners and support go‑to‑market strategies for new regions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a proven record of demand generation and pipeline contribution.
• Background in SaaS, fintech, payments or other regulated industries.
• Strong analytical mindset – able to pull reports, interpret funnel metrics and adjust tactics.
• Bias toward action and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in SEO and content strategy.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
• ABM program planning and execution.
• Event planning and execution (webinars, conferences, customer forums).
• Marketing analytics, attribution modelling and pipeline reporting.
• Technical SEO (site speed, schema, indexing, Search Console).
• Experience with AI‑search optimisation (GEO/AEO) is a plus.
