Performance Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Performance Marketing Assistant provides essential operational and campaign support across Prezzee’s global B2C and B2B digital marketing channels, working closely with the Global Performance Marketing team to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and track campaign tasks in Monday.com and Jira, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Organise and distribute creative assets, ad copy and localized collateral to media platforms, agencies and internal teams.
• Support development of creative and agency briefs by gathering relevant information and assets.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices and monthly marketing spend trackers, supporting accurate forecasting and timely payment.
• Upload and publish website content through the CMS, including landing pages, blog articles and promotional banners.
• Implement basic on‑page SEO updates such as metadata, product descriptions, image alt text and internal links.
• Conduct quality checks across mobile and desktop to ensure website content displays correctly.
• Extract and compile campaign performance data from Google Analytics and Looker for regular reporting.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing coordinator or assistant role, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on experience uploading, editing and publishing content through a Content Management System.
• Experience managing invoices, purchase orders and maintaining accurate budget trackers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and record management.
• Strong attention to detail with proven proofreading and quality‑assurance skills.
