Social Media and Digital Executive

About the role

Mondrian Gold Coast, a luxury lifestyle hotel in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast owned by Ennismore, is looking for a Social Media and Digital Executive. This is not a basic social media coordinator role: you will own digital content and campaigns across Rooms, Ciel Spa and Conferences & Events, including content creation, paid media, EDM campaigns and SEO performance.

Key responsibilities

• Social media management and content creation across the hotel's accounts, with on-site photo and video capture
• Paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including ad creative and budget allocation
• EDM creation and deployment via Revinate, and weekly performance reporting across digital channels
• SEO monitoring, reporting and optimisation
• Supporting visibility and lead generation for Conferences, Events and Weddings, and creative support for special events and onsite activations
• Building monthly content calendars, filming and editing short-form vertical video, and writing captions aligned to a luxury tone of voice
• Monitoring competitors and emerging platform trends, and weekend content creation

Required skills

• Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

• Video editing in CapCut or equivalent
