Social Media and Content Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Social Media and Content Manager to join our high‑performing marketing team in Sydney. You will shape the voice of our fintech platform, creating compelling content that connects everyday Australian and New Zealand investors with our AI‑powered trading app.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, refine and execute an integrated organic and paid social media strategy to grow audience size and engagement.
• Adapt and localise global campaigns and content for the Australian and New Zealand markets while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Provide communication best‑practice advice to local operations and act as a liaison between local leadership and global headquarters.
• Monitor, respond to and nurture community interactions across all external channels, building a loyal user base.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce video and podcast assets that enhance brand storytelling.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of dedicated experience in social media and content marketing, preferably within a complex, global organisation.
• Solid understanding of financial markets; experience in fintech, brokerage or financial services is a plus.
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities.
• Proven track record of managing active online communities.
• Degree in marketing, communications, arts or a related discipline.
