Social Influencer Manager

About the role

The Social Influencer Manager will lead the planning and execution of integrated influencer and social media campaigns for Influential, a Social & Influencer agency within Publicis Groupe. Reporting to the Senior Content Director, the role combines strategy, client liaison, and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end influencer and social campaigns, from concept through reporting.
• Build and maintain scalable content calendars that balance brand storytelling, performance goals and community engagement.
• Develop and launch influencer and social media initiatives across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Monitor conversations, manage communities and escalate insights to internal and client stakeholders.
• Utilise social analytics tools to generate actionable recommendations for clients.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience managing client social media presence and influencer campaigns.
• Proven ability to present to senior stakeholders and lead client relationships.
• Strong passion for culture, emerging trends and the Australian influencer landscape.
• Prior agency experience is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Familiarity with social analytics and reporting tools.
