Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will own the full digital marketing mix for a growing Australian technology business, driving brand awareness, website traffic and lead generation across SEO, content, paid media and website performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies, including technical optimisation, on‑page SEO and content planning to improve organic visibility.
• Create engaging copy for websites, blogs, case studies, email campaigns and social media.
• Manage and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn, focusing on conversions and ROI.
• Oversee website performance, landing‑page optimisation, email marketing and CRM activity to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console and other analytics tools, identifying improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in a broad digital marketing role, preferably B2B, technology or agency environment.
• Strong hands‑on SEO experience covering keyword research, on‑page optimisation and technical fundamentals.
• Proven track record managing paid media campaigns, especially Google Ads; LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus.
• Confident content creator with commercial focus for web, blog, email and social channels.
