Social & Content Lead

About the role

Fetch is building Australia’s most loved pet health brand and needs a Social & Content Lead to make the brand famous across short‑form platforms. You will own the end‑to‑end creation of TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts that feel native to the feed and drive real engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, script, shoot, edit and publish organic short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Turn real Fetch moments into shareable content that users watch, save and send.
• Develop repeatable series and formats that compound engagement over time.
• Maintain a trend radar to spot, adapt or ignore emerging trends quickly.
• Provide high‑performing hooks and variations to fuel paid media efforts.

Required profile

• 2+ years creating short‑form video content in‑house, at an agency or on a personal channel.
• Proven track record of growing a channel with genuine engagement.
• Hands‑on shooter and editor using iPhone or mirrorless cameras and fast‑editing tools.
• Strong writing ability for hooks, scripts and captions.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Descript, Runway, ElevenLabs, Claude) and knowing when to hand‑craft.
• Passionate about pets and able to translate pet‑parent insights into viral ideas.
