Social & Communications Executive

About the role

Sephora is looking for a Social & Communications Executive to join its ANZ Marketing team. You will help shape and execute social, PR and communications strategies that boost brand awareness for Sephora and its exclusive beauty partners across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain internal social and content calendars, ensuring timely placement of brand launches and internal communications.
• Create and publish daily social posts on Instagram and TikTok, write captions, and engage with comments and direct messages.
• Design social assets using Canva, Capcut and in‑platform video editing tools.
• Support the Sephora Beauty Advisor Creator Club program by managing briefs and collecting content.
• Assist the Senior Social & Comms Executive with PR event execution and coordination with the local PR agency for product send‑outs and media pitching.
• Produce weekly and monthly social media performance reports for Marketing and e‑commerce teams.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in social and content marketing within retail, e‑commerce or the beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of current market trends and ability to translate them into effective campaigns.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Proficiency with Capcut and video editing within social platforms.
• Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok.
