About the role
A specialist civil engineering and structural contractor based in south-east Queensland is looking for a Skilled Labourer to join its crew on a major civil project near Dayboro (close to Caboolture). The position is casual, pays $40 per hour plus penalties and a daily travel allowance, and starts as soon as possible, ideally on Monday 2 November 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Assist pipelayers with drainage works
- Assist with steel fixing and concrete works
- Assist with concreting and footpath preparation
- Manual handling
- Spot machines and assist operators where required
- Loading and unloading materials
- Site preparation and pack-down duties
Required profile
- Drivers licence and own transport
- White Construction Card
- Experience in the listed duties
- Physically fit and reliable
- Good communication
Shift structure
Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 5 pm.
