About the role
Westforce Construction is recruiting an experienced Skid Steer/Posi Track operator for a project based in the Rockingham area. The company works on civil projects in the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors across Western Australia, and is looking for someone who can deliver quality work safely and as part of a tight crew.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality work on civil and resources projects.
- Pitch in across site duties when needed, staying flexible and hands-on.
- Work safely, steadily and as part of a tight crew.
- Keep standards high while helping projects run smoothly.
Required profile
- At least 2 years' experience; final trim experience is a bonus.
- Valid White Card and relevant tickets.
- Other machine tickets are desirable but not essential.
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
