Site Supervisor/Foreman – High Rise Apartment & Mixed-Use Developments

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Foreman to lead daily activities on high‑rise apartment and mixed‑use projects in Brisbane. This hands‑on position involves coordinating subcontractors, managing look‑ahead programs, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and direct subcontractor activities.
• Develop and maintain look‑ahead programmes to align site work with project timelines.
• Monitor safety standards, regulatory compliance, and overall site productivity.
• Support delivery of both structural works and finish trades.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising high‑rise apartment or mixed‑use developments valued between $20M–$40M.
• Carpentry trade background with hands‑on knowledge of structure and finishes.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication abilities.
