About the role
The client, a leading residential construction company in NSW, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage a new development in South West Sydney. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day supervision and delivery of the project.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate trades, labour and site activities to keep the project on schedule.
- Manage direct employees and subcontractors, maintaining regular communication with clients.
- Monitor site performance, quality and timelines, resolving issues promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within residential construction.
- Relevant trade qualifications – Cert III in Carpentry and Cert IV in Building and Construction are highly regarded.
- Valid driver’s licence and strong communication and time‑management skills.
