Project Manager – Education & Commercial Projects

About the role

An excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to take a key role across two significant client‑side projects: a $180 m education masterplan for a leading independent school and a $15 m commercial heritage refurbishment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Project Director in delivering a $180 m education masterplan and a $15 m heritage refurbishment.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, specialist consultants and contractors to drive design development, approvals and procurement.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and reporting, ensuring key deadlines are met.
• Oversee construction phases and ensure successful project completion.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, Property or a related discipline.
• Local client‑side Project Management experience with strong end‑to‑end delivery capability.
• Experience delivering new builds and/or major refurbishments in education, commercial, heritage or aged‑care sectors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Design management capability.
• Procurement and contract administration experience.
