Site Supervisor – Melbourne Relocation

About the role

Rokon, a leading civil contractor in Victoria, is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join its Melbourne team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, on‑time and high‑quality delivery of assigned civil construction projects across the city.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate plant, materials and labour to meet project timelines.
• Liaise with subcontractors and ensure work complies with specifications.
• Enforce Rokon safety policies and monitor worker compliance.
• Review project budgets and KPIs monthly, flagging issues to the Area Manager and Project Engineer/Manager.
• Participate in site audits, client meetings, sign‑offs, safety inspections and other project milestones.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and administration.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in civil construction (roads, residential or industrial subdivision).
• Willingness to relocate to Melbourne.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• High professional standards, negotiation skills and a commitment to delivering work correctly the first time.
• Focused on health and safety, with a proven track record of meeting productivity, budget and quality targets.
• Valid OH&S Induction (White Card) and ability to complete a pre‑employment medical assessment.
