Site Supervisor

About the role

Clarke Energy is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the Construction and Project Team. Reporting to the Construction Superintendent, you will oversee civil and mechanical installation activities on‑site, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil and mechanical works, coordinating deliveries, site logistics and material storage.
• Monitor contractor performance through regular site inspections, progress tracking and proactive issue resolution.
• Manage quality‑assurance documentation, ensuring hold points, inspections and QA processes are completed correctly and on time.
• Enforce safety standards and compliance with all relevant regulations and company safety culture.
• Collaborate closely with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to maintain project alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising civil and mechanical construction activities on large‑scale projects.
• Strong understanding of EPC project delivery, safety protocols and quality‑assurance procedures.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage site logistics and resolve issues promptly.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
