Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead a variety of modular building projects across Western Australia’s metro and surrounding regions. This full‑time, onsite position involves managing daily construction activities, upholding safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and guide site teams to achieve project milestones.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications to provide clear direction.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors and labour.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and daily site operations.
• Ensure compliance with project documents, specifications and internal procedures.
• Champion safety and enforce all site policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial construction site supervision, preferably in modular or transportable projects.
• Strong understanding of Australian building standards, regulations and modern construction techniques.
• Safety‑first mindset with a commitment to maintaining safe work practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Valid WA driver’s licence and Construction Induction Training (White Card).
