Site Supervisor

About the role

Orbit Homes is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our building team in North Brisbane. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality residential homes on time and within budget, ensuring safety and quality standards are met throughout each project.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the construction of residential homes from start to finish.
• Manage daily site activities to meet quality, safety, and timeline targets.
• Coordinate with tradespeople, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor and enforce health and safety procedures on site.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for each project.

Required profile

• Trade qualification with proven experience supervising residential home construction.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Pro‑active attitude with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated personal drive, integrity, and initiative.

Required skills

• Health and Safety knowledge.
• BCAB (Building Code of Australia) knowledge.
