Site Supervisor – Electrical & High-Voltage Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead on-site teams on high-voltage electrical and civil infrastructure projects, including ASP1 works and 132 kV+ substations, as well as emerging BESS installations in NSW.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on-site teams and subcontractors to achieve ASP1 and high-voltage substation milestones safely and on schedule.
• Coordinate daily site activities, logistics and resources to maintain project efficiency.
• Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks and contribute to SWMS and risk documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers and Managers on technical queries, variations and unforeseen site conditions.

Required profile

• Electrical trade qualification or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven experience supervising teams on ASP1 or high-voltage (132 kV+) substation projects.
• White Card, CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong knowledge of safety and risk management principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
