Site Supervisor – Construction & HVAC Projects

About the role

CMS Engineering is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead daily operations on our Bunbury projects. You will coordinate installation activities, manage subcontractors and ensure that all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and installation works.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials, and equipment.
• Manage site logistics, including deliveries, craneage, and resource planning.
• Conduct daily pre‑start meetings and communicate project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and keep works on schedule.
• Perform site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
• Liaise with fabrication teams to maintain installation programs.
• Maintain strong safety standards and ensure compliance with site requirements.
• Participate in client, safety, and project coordination meetings.
• Support the successful delivery of HVAC and mechanical services projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Site Foreman, Supervisor, Leading Hand, or similar construction leadership role.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site‑based construction activities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and maintain project schedules.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Current Driver's Licence (essential).
• Construction White Card (essential).
• HVAC or mechanical services experience is highly regarded.
