Site Supervisor - Communications

About the role

Join Stryker in Sydney as a Site Supervisor – Communications, overseeing Operating Theatre installations across Australia and New Zealand. You will act as the primary on‑site liaison between contractors, builders, hospital stakeholders and internal teams to ensure safe, on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate contractor‑led Operating Theatre installations across Australia and New Zealand.
• Partner with Project Managers to support delivery from installation through handover.
• Serve as the key on‑site contact for contractors, builders, hospital representatives and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to support smooth project delivery.
• Monitor installation progress against schedules and manage project risks.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, quality checks and commissioning activities.
• Resolve on‑site issues and coordinate practical solutions with project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience coordinating site‑based projects, installations, fit‑outs, construction works or contractor‑led activities.
• Current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence.
• Experience working with project schedules, site documentation and contractor coordination processes.
• Eligibility to travel regularly throughout Australia and New Zealand.
• Certificate IV, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Building Services or related discipline (preferred).
• Experience in healthcare, construction, telecommunications, AV, building services or technical project delivery environments (preferred).
