Site Supervisor - Commercial Joinery

About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Site Supervisor coordinates and supervises site-based installation activities, manages labour and subcontractors and acts as the primary on-site representative for Mayneline. The role works closely with Project Managers, Drafters, Factory teams, subcontractors and clients to deliver successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site installation activities across allocated projects
• Coordinate employees, labour hire, installers and subcontractors
• Monitor progress against the program and give accurate project updates
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, SWMS and WHS obligations
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, access and installation sequencing
• Conduct quality inspections and coordinate defect rectification
• Attend site meetings and liaise with builders, clients and consultants
• Identify and escalate programme, quality, safety and commercial risks
• Maintain accurate site reporting, records, inspections and documentation

Required profile

• Experience supervising commercial joinery, fit-out or construction projects
• Trade background in cabinetmaking, joinery, carpentry or shopfitting
• Experience managing subcontractors and installation teams
• Current driver's licence and Construction White Card
• Desirable: QBCC Site Supervisor licence, Certificate IV in Building and Construction, experience with large-scale commercial joinery packages
