Site Procurement Manager, Amazon Logistics

About the role

As part of the Amazon Logistics (AMZL) team, Amazon is looking for a Site Procurement Manager to support its last-mile delivery operations. The role manages the procurement of non-inventory goods and services across the AMZL network, covering the full lifecycle from planning and purchasing through inventory management and vendor performance. It helps identify cost-saving opportunities and improve the reliability and efficiency of procurement across multiple delivery stations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete procurement lifecycle for non-inventory goods and services, including forecasting, purchasing, inventory management and vendor relationship management.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for supplier management and procurement efficiency, and produce regular reports to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Work with Finance, Operations and AMZL leadership to meet budgetary targets and operational objectives.
• Build strong, strategic supplier relationships to ensure compliance with Amazon's standards, secure the best terms and develop procurement solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for procurement issues, including inventory discrepancies, delivery challenges and supplier payments.

Required profile

• Experience in finance, supply chain management, business, IT or another procurement-related career.
• Able to work with internal stakeholders and manage supplier relationships.

Required skills

• Preferred: experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and analytical platforms such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
