Planner – EMEA Customer Fulfillment

About the role

The Planner supports EMEA Customer Fulfillment operations through effective planning, order management, supply-demand coordination and proactive resolution of fulfillment constraints. The role works across Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Fulfillment and other internal stakeholders so that orders and customer requirements are planned, monitored and executed. It uses data to spot risks early, coordinate corrective actions and continuously improve planning and fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage planning and fulfillment activities across assigned products, customers or regions.
• Monitor supply, demand, inventory and order execution.
• Identify potential shortages, constraints and delivery risks.
• Coordinate actions with Logistics, Customer Fulfillment and other Supply Chain teams.
• Prioritise issues by customer and business impact, and track open orders and exceptions.
• Analyse planning and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate planning information in relevant systems and support KPI reporting and business reviews.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring issues, taking end-to-end ownership.

Required profile

• Experience in supply-chain planning, order management, customer fulfillment, logistics or a related operational role.
• Understanding of supply-and-demand planning principles.
• Experience with ERP or planning systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations or a related discipline.
• Preferred: international or EMEA supply-chain experience, experience with outsourced manufacturing or logistics partners, and continuous-improvement experience.

Required skills

• Strong Excel and data-analysis capability.
• Preferred: SAP, Oracle or comparable ERP platforms; Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills, and ability to work across functions and locations.
