Site Manager – Residential Construction

About the role

Ready to take the next step in your construction career? Burbank is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of high‑quality residential homes across the south‑west corridor of Brisbane. You will be responsible for ensuring each build is completed safely, on time, on budget and to the company’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential construction projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on‑site.
• Review plans, construction files and schedule deliveries.
• Supervise trades, manage site resources and control equipment spending.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and maintain ClickHome updates.
• Uphold strong safety practices and ensure compliance with OH&S regulations.
• Communicate progress and updates clearly to clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential construction, preferably volume building.
• Strong trade coordination and site management abilities.
• Qualification in Building & Construction.
• Good knowledge of building codes and occupational health & safety.
• Confident communicator and problem‑solver.
• White Card and a valid driver’s licence (Builder’s licence desirable).
