Site Manager - Remedial Construction

About the role

The Site Manager manages and coordinates all on-site construction activities to ensure safe, high-quality and efficient project delivery. The role covers day-to-day site operations, personnel, subcontractors, materials, budget oversight, safety compliance, program delivery and client interaction.

Required profile

• Trade qualification in Carpentry or a related building trade.
• Extensive site supervision experience in the construction industry, ideally in remedial works.
• Proven ability to lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and deliver quality outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety and quality standards.
• Confidence interpreting drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Current driver's licence, White Card, Working at Heights and First Aid certificate.

Required skills

• Experience using Procore, SignOnSite or similar systems.
• Construction supervision and coordination.
