Site Manager

About the role

Burbank is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead multiple residential builds in Adelaide’s Southern Suburbs. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality standards are met on each site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple home builds end‑to‑end
• Coordinate trades and site activity
• Schedule works and manage timelines
• Complete QA inspections and ClickHome updates
• Maintain strong safety and compliance standards
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams

Required profile

• Site management experience in residential construction (volume preferred)
• Strong trade coordination skills
• Building & Construction qualification
• Solid understanding of building codes and occupational health & safety (OH&S)
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• White Card and Driver’s Licence (Builder’s Licence advantageous)
