Site Manager / Foreman – High Rise Residential Projects

About the role

Join a growing construction head contractor to lead site supervision on $200m+ high‑rise residential projects (20+ storeys) across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. This full‑time permanent role offers career progression within a dynamic, established team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site labour, planning daily works to meet program schedules.
• Manage site activities, deliveries, materials and plant to maintain productivity and workflow.
• Ensure quality standards, enforce WHS policies, conduct toolbox talks and safety inspections.
• Assist with short‑term programming, progress reporting and defect management.

Required profile

• Trade background preferred with proven experience as a Supervisor/Foreman on residential or mixed‑use high‑rise projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site operations and Australian building standards.
• Ability to lead, motivate and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Hands‑on, organised and outcomes‑focused approach.
