Site Manager - Custom Homes

About the role

A well-established high-end residential builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver architecturally designed custom homes across Melbourne's Inner Eastern suburbs. The builder has a strong and secure pipeline of work and offers a long-term role with a stable, respected company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from slab through to handover
• Coordinate structural, services and finishing trades
• Prepare and manage weekly construction programmes
• Lead trades on site and drive build momentum
• Attend weekly site meetings and reporting
• Maintain site safety, toolbox talks and OH&S compliance
• Deliver projects on time, on budget and to a high standard

Required profile

• Trade qualified, with carpentry essential
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Supervisor for a head contractor, ideally in custom homes
• Solid understanding of residential construction and safety systems
• Ability to lead, problem-solve and keep programmes on track
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach on site
