Site Manager – $60M Residential High‑Rise Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark $60 million residential high‑rise development in Perth. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring safety, quality and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors.
• Drive safety, quality assurance and programme outcomes.
• Oversee trade sequencing, site logistics and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, consultants and client representatives.
• Lead site teams to achieve a high‑quality handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on multi‑storey residential or commercial projects valued at $50 million or more.
• Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Sound knowledge of Western Australian building regulations, construction methodology and safety requirements.
