Site Engineer – Civil & Structural Projects

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking Site Engineers to support the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGC) Project, a major rail infrastructure upgrade near Brisbane. You will work across civil, structural and rail disciplines, contributing to planning, coordination and delivery of works on one of Queensland's most significant projects.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Deliver works to project specifications, standards and technical requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and construction activities.
• Support design reviews, technical assessments and provide constructability inputs.
• Prepare progress reports, project documentation and engineering records.
• Promote innovation, continuous improvement and technical excellence within your discipline.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil, Structural or related Engineering discipline.
• Experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage safety, compliance and project standards.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a commitment to safe, sustainable engineering delivery.
