Development / Project Manager – Client Side

About the role

The Development / Project Manager (Client Side) is a full‑time hybrid position based in Brisbane, responsible for end‑to‑end client‑side project management from concept through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee development milestones, managing timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee expediting and logistics activities, monitor inspections and prepare project documentation and reports.
• Identify and resolve risks or issues proactively and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong project management experience with client‑side coordination.
• Good understanding of construction and town planning processes.
• Experience in expediting, inspection and logistics management for commercial, residential or mixed‑use developments.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, property development or related field (highly beneficial).
