Site Coordinator - Facades Division

About the role

SRG Global is looking for an organised and proactive Site Coordinator to join its growing Facades division in South Australia. Working closely with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors and clients, you will coordinate project activities, documentation, reporting and site administration across multiple façade projects. It suits a construction professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants exposure to the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation, drawings, RFIs, submittals, registers and quality records.
• Support Project Managers with planning, reporting, scheduling and day-to-day coordination.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and keep accurate records of progress and site activity.
• Maintain document control systems including Aconex, SharePoint and project filing structures.
• Process timesheets, cost tracking, purchasing requests and project administration.
• Assist with variations, progress claims, invoicing support and project reporting.
• Coordinate material deliveries, logistics and stock control where required.
• Maintain project records, warranties, handover documentation and as-built information.

Required profile

• Ideally previous experience as a Site Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or Construction Administrator.
• Exposure to commercial construction, façade, engineering or building projects.
• Strong document control and project administration skills, with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with construction management systems such as Aconex, SharePoint or similar is highly regarded.
