Site Account Manager – Crushing Solutions

About the role

Sandvik is seeking a commercially focused Site Account Manager to grow its Crushing and Screening product range in the Brisbane region. You will act as the key link between customers, sales teams and product specialists, delivering technical expertise and value‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct equipment inspections, product trials and performance data analysis.
• Identify new business opportunities, forecast customer requirements and drive aftermarket sales.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and industry experts to deliver innovative solutions.
• Prepare reports, presentations and recommendations for customers.

Required profile

• Relevant trade qualification or tertiary education in a mechanical or engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mining, quarrying, heavy industry or related equipment sectors.
• Strong understanding of maintenance practices, equipment performance and reliability.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and develop new business.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Basic AutoCAD or Autodesk Inventor experience.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and make commercial decisions.
